Email deliverability plays a significant role in whether or not you will have a successful email strategy, and whether you will be able to convert your emails into sales and impact. That’s why it’s so important to first understand how deliverability works, and then to develop strategies to improve your indicators.
In this Email Explained video, our VP of Delivery Lauren Meyer discusses how to get your messages into the inbox.
1) Delivery rate is the ability to send your message to an ISP, whereas a deliverability rate is actually whether the message landed in the inbox or the spam folder
2) Make sure you have a clean list of contacts that are engaged and have provided permission
3) Always review stats after sending your campaign. Maintain low spam and bounce rates, while increasing open rates
4) Learn from your results, make changes to your strategy at all times to experiment with how to best land in the inbox each time.
